What does Attorly integrate with?

Last updated:

Short answer

Attorly integrates with Microsoft Word and Outlook through add-ins, imports documents into a case, your library or a due diligence project from Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint (Dropbox, Box, iManage, NetDocuments and Intralinks are switched on per firm on request) on Pro and Enterprise, and offers a REST API and an MCP server for Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients on Pro and Enterprise. There are no outbound webhooks.

What is not available

  • No outbound webhooks. Integrations call the REST API or the MCP server.
  • No live sync: an import is a copy taken at that moment. Re-import a file to pick up a newer version.
  • Connectors only read. Attorly does not write documents or comments back to your DMS or data room.
  • The Word add-in is not yet listed on Microsoft AppSource.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Enterprise to use iManage or NetDocuments?
No. Cloud connectors are part of Pro and Enterprise; iManage and NetDocuments are switched on for your firm on request. Importing into a due diligence project needs Enterprise, which includes due diligence.
Does a connector copy my files?
Yes. Imported files are copied into Attorly, encrypted at rest and processed like uploads. The original stays in your system unchanged.
Can I automate Attorly from my own code?
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. Call the REST API from any language, or connect an MCP client to the MCP server. Both use the same API key. There are no outbound webhooks, so poll for results.
